We are a processing and customization factory specializing in beauty tools and hardware components, with a professional design team and advanced equipment. In September 2025, a beauty tool wholesaler approached us to customize facial rollers, and we provided a targeted solution to address their core issues.
I. Customer Requirements and Pain Points
This wholesaler, in order to meet the demand for "portable beauty tools", needed to customize 500 mini beauty rollers (core components: metal roller frame + stainless steel balls). However, they encountered two key problems:

Using a CNC lathe to process the roller frame: Precise turning of the ball groove to ensure the depth and width tolerance of the groove is within ±0.03mm, allowing the balls to fit smoothly without any jamming;
Equipping a precision grinding machine to process the stainless steel balls: Improving the surface finish of the balls and reducing rotational friction;
Quality Control: Sampling tests were conducted every 10 pieces - using calipers to measure the groove size and manually rotating the rollers to check the smoothness, ensuring no jamming before leaving the factory.
At the same time, for small batch orders, there was no need to repeatedly adjust the equipment, and 500 pieces could be produced in 7 days.
III. Cooperation Results
Quality Compliance: The beauty rollers delivered met the customer's requirements, with a 0% carding rate during customer sampling and a terminal return rate reduced to below 2%;
Cycle Reduction: The delivery was 5 days earlier than expected, catching up with the distribution schedule.
