What surface treatments do you offer?
We offer:
· Anodizing (color/hard)
· Electroplating (nickel/chrome/zinc)

How is mold cost calculated?
Mold costs depend on product complexity and size.
We’ll provide a detailed quote.
· Over 100,000 pieces? We refund 50% of mold costs.
· Over 200,000 pieces? Full mold cost refund.

How do you ensure product precision?
We use a 0.01mm inspection standard. Every product is fully checked with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Defective items are reworked for free. Key steps use SPC (Statistical Process Control) to ensure all products meet specs.

What’s the minimum order for customization?
Metal products: 1,000 pieces minimum.
Plastic products: 5,000 pieces minimum.
For complex/special designs, MOQ depends on actual needs.

How to get a quote?
Two ways:

What certifications can be provided?
We can provide certifications such as ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, RoHS, and MSDS. We will assist in completing corresponding tests according to the needs of the target market.

What is the sample policy for customized products?
A reasonable sampling fee is charged (depending on product complexity and materials). Once the mass production order is confirmed, the sampling fee will be fully refunded.

How much is the design fee?
Free design for cooperating clients. For new clients, only a $200 design fee is charged; if cooperation is reached later, the design fee can be deducted from the payment. For complex/special designs, the design fee depends on actual needs.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom projects? Can you support startups?
Our Policy:
- ● Standard Customization (Logo/Laser Engraving): MOQ is 500 pcs. We know many indie brands start here. We treat these orders with the same QC rigor as our 50k orders because today's startup is tomorrow's Sephora partner.
- ● Full Mold Customization (New Shape/Material): Typically 3,000 - 5,000 pcs, depending on the complexity. However, if you have a unique design that we believe has viral potential, we are open to negotiating a "Pilot Run" of 1,000 pcs to test the market together.
