As "lightweight camping" and "traceless camping" have become a global outdoor trend, a certain outdoor brand planned to launch lightweight camping sets, but repeatedly encountered difficulties in customizing hardware components.
In response to the core demands of the brand, namely "compliance priority, practical durability, and timely market launch during peak seasons", our company has provided a practical solution based on industry standards:
1. Material upgrade: Recyclable aviation aluminum. The product has passed the compliance certification in one go. We select 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum with a recyclable rate of ≥90% (the mainstream material for lightweight camping). The surface is treated with anodizing, and it has passed the 500-hour salt spray test in accordance with EU EN 1730. The heavy metal leaching meets the REACH regulation 181 item restrictions. Each batch comes with a complete test report. The brand successfully passed the CE certification and entered the European outdoor chain channels.
2. Process optimization: Precision processing + practical design. Solves practical outdoor problems. Precision control: 15 five-axis CNC welders are used for processing, and the gap of connecting parts is controlled within ±0.03mm.
3. Detail adaptation: All metal edges and corners are treated with R angles ≥ 2mm rounded corners to avoid scratches on camping equipment during use.
4. Durability improvement: The anodized layer thickness reaches 12μm. It shows no obvious rust even after one year of use in outdoor humid environments, far exceeding the industry's ordinary coating standards.
5. Delivery acceleration: One-stop production line + peak-season production preparation. Practical and efficient production without procrastination. The factory has built a "mold production → material cutting → precision processing → surface treatment → assembly and testing" full-process production line, eliminating the loss from external cooperation.
In response to the peak demand during the season, two production lines were arranged to operate simultaneously, shortening the customization cycle and ensuring that the products could meet the peak traffic demand during the season. Subsequently, the brand added custom orders for camping lamp stands and cooking utensil accessories, and established a long-term strategic partnership.
