In August 2025, a client specializing in corporate business gifts approached us - they had been providing customized gifts to clients in the technology and finance sectors for a long time, but recently they were facing difficulties: the market for gifts was highly homogeneous and lacked practicality, resulting in a decline in customer repurchase intentions; the existing packaging lacked uniqueness and could not match the brand style of corporate clients, making it difficult to highlight the value of gift-giving in business scenarios, and they urgently needed a set of gift solutions to open up the market.
After understanding the requirements, we combined our own advantages in customizing beauty tools and provided a full-process solution from the differentiated design of beauty tools to the customization of exclusive gift packaging, precisely addressing the customer's pain points:
1. Differentiated design of beauty tools: Focusing on "practicality + brand"
The client originally planned to purchase a regular beauty tool set, but such products lacked a memorable point in the gift market. We focused on the two core aspects of corporate gifts - "high-end texture" and "frequent daily use", and customized a portable beauty tool combination plan - selecting tool categories suitable for office and business travel scenarios for the working population, fundamentally solving the problem of "unused gifts"; at the same time, integrating brand elements, through color customization and texture adjustments, the tools not only had practical value but also became carriers for the brand's message.
2. Customized exclusive gift packaging: Enhancing grade and brand perception
In response to the problem of weak texture and lack of exclusive identification in the client's general packaging, we created a streamlined and efficient customized packaging solution: using 350g white card with matte film + local gold or silver stamping to enhance texture, using a drawer-style gift box + customized inner tray to ensure product safety and the sense of the gift-opening ceremony, and simultaneously embedding the client's partner company logo, exclusive greetings, and customized thank-you cards to strengthen the brand memory point.
3. Professional production guarantee: Strict quality and process control
After the design was confirmed, we relied on our mature beauty tool processing system to proceed with production:
Metal components were precisely shaped using CNC processing equipment, with an error control within 0.1mm, ensuring uniform product feel and stable quality;
Silicone components were formed through one-piece molding, with strict detection of material hardness and safety, and color customization was confirmed through multiple sample rounds to avoid batch color differences;
We coordinated with the packaging factory to simultaneously advance production, with continuous quality control inspections throughout the process to ensure that the tools and packaging were highly compatible in terms of quality and style.
This cooperation solved the three core problems of "homogenization", "insufficient practicality", and "weakening brand" for the gift merchants.
