In terms of color, we offered 12 options, including gentle colors like light pink and mint green, as well as bright styles like orange red and bright yellow. If the customer wanted to print their own brand color, we could also precisely match it to ensure a consistent color difference and alignment with the customer's brand style.
Processing and production: Ensuring each scraping board is precise and durable
When shaping, we used high-precision CNC machines to control the error to an extremely small extent. No matter how many boards are produced, each shape is almost the same, without any cases of some fitting well and some not.
Color treatment also involves material processing: For scraping boards made of metal, we used a high-temperature oxidation process, which not only ensures uniform color but also makes the surface more wear-resistant, being 2 times more durable than ordinary methods. During the production process, we inspected 10 boards at a time, using specialized instruments to check if the shapes were compliant and if there were any color differences. Any issues were immediately adjusted to ensure that every board delivered to the customer was qualified.
Through the team's continuous efforts, we successfully completed the optimization and customization of the scraping board. After the customer received the product, they praised the new shape and the rich colors.
